All sizing information is provided in the listing. We can give advice or recommendations on what to order, but we will always tell you to size yourself using the sizing chart for an accurate measurement.

Yes but only for different sizes of the item you already purchased. All requests for these exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer must send the original back to us and is responsible for the shipping costs back to us. You will also have to purchase off of our Exchange Restocking Fee listing (a fee charged for the new shirt we would then have to print, as well as the shipping cost for the new item back to you). Once we receive the original back, we will then process the new order. If the item is not received within 14 days of when you originally received the item, the exchange will be cancelled.

We DO NOT accept exchanges on our {Fashion Apparel} line - no acceptations whatsoever.

No we do not. We are the only people that are printing our designs, and in a few cases, our work is trademarked. We will not sell our design or the rights to them under any circumstances for personal or commercial use. Any violators of this will be subject to corrective action by Brand By You to protect our original artwork.

We will gladly send you a replacement or a refund AFTER the shipment is deemed as lost mail by USPS. We trust USPS to be accurate with their shipment deliveries, however, we are aware that sometimes they make mistakes. That being said, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim for lost mail if they believe their shipment has been lost. In most cases, your order is being held at your local post office and can go pick it up during their operating hours. If it is not, then they will walk you through the process of filing a claim for lost mail. Once you provide proof from USPS that your shipment has been confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement or a refund.
